Responsibilities
|
- Research, design, implement innovative software solutions and deliver projects on-time and to specification with high level of quality. - Develop unit tests and work with Quality Control members on solving the defects. - Investigate new technologies and constantly update his/her technical knowledge and skills. - Construct design documents and documentation to aid maintenance and code reuse.

Qualifications
|
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent discipline.
- Knowledge of XML, ASP.NET,.NET or C# and SQL
Basic knowledge of Web technologies HTML, CSS, Java script and VB script.
- Experience in SharePoint 2010 is a must.
- K2 experience is a plus.
- Required Competencies:
- Analytical Thinking/Judgment - Interactive Communication - Problem Solving
- 1-3 years of work experience, including at least 6 months of SharePoint experience.

Brand Manager
|

Responsibilities
|
• Leads the Marketing lifecycle process for LINK Development as a brand and all its products and solutions. • Monitors and advises brand. • Maintains brand integrity across product lines, advertising, and all other internal and external communication as it pertains to assigned brand. • Leads the development of brand strategies and marketing plans across the organization. • Coordinates and develops marketing, sales, editorial, and financial plans for product line. • Works closely with all relevant departments to integrate media mix plans. • Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, design, and operations to execute specific marketing plans. • Manages day-to-day progress of product marketing planning and execution. • Prepares marketing objectives and schedules for all phases of product introduction to market including but not limited to sales materials and collateral. • Conducts market research and identifies and tracks market trends in company’s industry. • Produces competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors. • Develops and executes creative in support of the brands and related products. • Manager the day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including, project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary. • Manages and maintains the marketing budget. • Manages third party agencies. • Develops monthly and quarterly reports for management.

Qualifications
|
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Finance preferred. MS or MBA in in marketing, business or a related field is a plus. • Previous experience in IT services industry is a plus. • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills • Fluent Arabic and English • Strong presentation and writing skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong project management skills. • Strategic thinker and creative marketer • Effective research skills • Results oriented and self-motivated • Resourceful and solution-oriented to deliver within given constraints • 5+ years of experience in marketing
