Link Development has developed G2E Arabic intranet portal for 54,000 employees and a CRM help desk implementation
Link Development successfully implemented Microsoft CRM for Telecom Egypt to manage its internal IT help desk.
The system was fully integrated with the internal portal developed by Link Development, to empower TE with a comprehensive solution that enhances communication between some 54,000 employees and IT staff.
