Since Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a system that allows businesses to manage their relationships with their expanding network of customers, businesses these days are keen on providing as many touch points with their clients as possible. Accordingly Facebook and Facebook groups pose an effective touchpoint with company customers.

Companies are able to define their target clients through profile segmentation in Microsoft Dynamics CRM & directly target them with their marketing campaigns through Facebook in the form of notification newsfeeds.
