This project includes integration with the Cabinet’s website portal to allow citizens log their problems online also track and follow their cases online.
Besides, there is a section for the Parliaments Members to log cases on behalf of the citizens and get regular updates on the status of these complains/suggestions.
Ministry of State for Administrative Development
Integrated with the ministry’s Call Center and portal
Ministry of Investment
Tracking Citizen’s complaints, questions and suggestions for the following sectors:
- Egyptian Insurance Supervisory Authority
- The General Authority for Investment and Free Zones
- The Mortgage Finance Authority (MFA)
This project is also integrated with the backend Oracle Financial Group so as to retrieve and update financial information.

Integrated with the ministry’s Call Center and portal.
Holding Company for Water & Wastewater
Integrated with the HCWW’s Call Center and portal. Besides, custom reports are developed in order to detect the most damaged residential areas so as to proactively take a maintenance action.
