E-GOV Link Gateway |
 |
Through our engagements in multiple e-government projects across the region, Link
Development has developed a complete integration suite with a range of integration
components that addresses the need of creating a common infrastructure integration
middle tier that is technology independent and acts as the glue between the front-end
delivery channels and the back-end service providers.
eGov Link Gateway is designed to be the central hub that completely manages the
authentication of users, as well as, transaction routing and tracking between portal
users, whether citizens, businesses, investors, expatriates or employees, and backend
systems at ministries and governmental entities.
|
 |
eGov Link Gateway enables governments to:
- Deliver ‘joined-up’ government services
- Avoid facilities and infrastructure duplication among ministries and governmental
entities
- Standardize interfaces and integration points for all service providers
- Deliver cross governmental interaction platform
- Deliver e-government services through multiple delivery channels (Internet portals,
IVR, kiosks, mobile...etc)
- Provide Single Sign On
Being built on open standards, the Gateway is developed and architected to be web
services-enabled. It integrates with any back-end system, irrespective of its underlying
technology, platform, protocol or data presentation.
eGov Link Gateway fully harnesses the advantages of state-of-the-art technologies
through being based on Events Driven Architecture (EDA) and Services-Oriented Architecture
(SOA).
It allows processes and transactions to be exposed across ministry/entity boundaries
either through highly automated system-driven exchanges based on web services or
through process portals that are human-based.
