WIND intranet
Wind was established in 1997 and is an Italian telecom operator one of the few European telecom operators which offers integrated fixed, mobile and Internet services.
Wind has more than 3000 employees from different departments, they wanted to increase its employees’ productivity by leveraging a system that organizes all the data shared between the different teams and at the same time have a real-time access to crucial information for their business. Wind employees also needed an easy way to communicate and to instantly find and collaborate with each other share critical and time-sensitive information. Wind also aimed to better communicate with their employees, send personalized alerts and news and share with them discussions on different topics.
DOHMS intranet content
The department of health and medical services aims to provide a world-class health service, ensuring Dubai attains international prominence on the world’s health map. Manual access to medical information and other documents that DOHMS staff required impeded DOHMS progress towards its set goals. Automating access to information and general resources turned into a major challenge for DOHMS 8,000-person staff who serves the needs of Dubai’s residents, as well as the increasing number of overseas visitors caused by an escalation in healthcare tourism. Through the intranet developed for DOHMS, faster access to relevant information and search of existing document repositories has become more efficient, enabling DOHMS employees to deliver on their business objectives successfully.
Telecom Egypt – the incumbent fixed line operator in Egypt
Link Development has developed G2E Arabic intranet portal for 54,000 employees and a CRM help desk implementation.
Link Development successfully implemented Microsoft CRM for Telecom Egypt to manage its internal IT help desk.
The system was fully integrated with the internal portal developed by Link Development, to empower TE with a comprehensive solution that enhances communication between some 54,000 employees and IT staff.
